What should I expect during my visit?

Visits typically last about 90 minutes and begin with a hands-on educational portion and safety briefing in our timber frame barn.

From there, you’ll enter the yard where you can feed, interact, and take photos as the reindeer move freely around you.

What should I wear?

Dress for the weather. Goldendale is often windy, and conditions can vary by season.

Closed-toe shoes are required and layers are recommended.

Important: Biosecurity (please read before your visit)

Sheep and goats can carry an airborne spore that is dangerous to reindeer.

Please avoid contact with sheep and goats before your visit, and wear freshly laundered clothing and clean shoes.

When you arrive, we’ll ask a few quick questions and sanitize hands and shoes before entry.

What is your cancellation policy?

Experiences are non-refundable.

If you need to make a change, we’re happy to reschedule or issue a digital gift card with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Do you offer group discounts or field trips?

We do not offer group discounts or traditional field trip pricing.

Our experiences are intentionally small and designed to stay personal, which is reflected in our pricing.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed on the property.

Reindeer are sensitive to predators, including dogs.

Are service animals allowed?

We follow ADA guidelines for service animals.

Is the farm accessible?

Our gates are wheelchair accessible, but the terrain is uneven and may be challenging in some areas.

Reach out ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate your visit.

Do you host private events or special bookings?

Yes. We offer private experiences, elopements, and small events.

Do you offer photography sessions?

Yes. We offer select photoshoots and occasional mini sessions throughout the year.
